Tatjana Gornostaja is an experienced manager, trainer, and researcher in human and machine translation and terminology. Her academic background is in terminography and terminology modelling (Bachelor and Master) and in machine translation for LV-RU Government-to-Citizen communication (Doctor), accompanying with more than ten years in the field, including freelance translation, project, group, and service management, and recently business development in terminology solutions.

Tatjana Gornostaja participated in more than 10 national and international projects, including FP6, FP7, and CIP projects.

She works as a business development manager, leads the terminology group, manages Tilde Terminology services (), and is active in many professional organisations and events.
